Transfer News: Mourinho signs Man United deal, Chelsea target speaks out, Arsenal move

Jose Mourinho has signed a contract to replace Louis van Gaal at Manchester United in the summer, according to reports.
The 53-year-old has been heavily linked with the top job at Old Trafford since he was sacked as manager of Chelsea in December.
However, reports from Portuguese newspaper Jornal de Noticias now claim he has put pen to paper on a deal to become United boss, which will see under-fire Van Gaal depart.
The report adds Mourinho has been watching United matches in recent weeks to assess the playing squad to determine what areas he needs to strengthen in the transfer market.
And they also state that they will give Mourinho full control of transfers and that he may sign players from the Portuguese league, with Benfica midfielder Renato Sanches and Braga's Rafa Silva being linked with moves.
Manchester United and Chelsea have been put on alert after Paris Saint-Germain defender Marquinhos refused to rule out leaving the club
The 21-year-old has been linked with a move to the Premier League with United and Chelsea both being credited with interest.
Marquinhos signed for PSG in a £25million move from Italian club Roma and is tied down to the club until 2019, but he has refused to rule out a move.
"After the end of the season, we will take the best decision for my future. We will talk. For now, I can not do anything more," he told Goal
"It's almost time to decide what's best for me, make choices and take decisions.
"I've been at PSG for three years, I've progressed, but there comes a time when you will want more than that."
