I can resign as Manchester United manager – Van Gaal

Louis van Gaal has hinted that he could quit as Manchester United coach, after they lost 2-0 at Stoke City on Boxing Day.

The defeat at the Britannia Stadium, meant the Red Devils suffered a fourth consecutive defeat in all competitions. Speaking about his future after the match, Van Gaal stated that he could resign willingly if he has to.
“I can also quit by myself,” he told reporters.
